Renting overseas property
The developers who work with Resort Group often have a rental programme available to owners in their developments. The sales team can also advise on this option, offering the possibility of maximising income while the property is not in use by the owner. In some resorts, properties are available with guaranteed rental returns in place that make financial planning so much easier.
Re-selling overseas property
As Resort Group handles the marketing on each resort, it is well-placed to assist clients in reselling their property. The sales team will be made aware and the property will be placed on the Resort Group website. This service is only offered to those who bought the property through Resort Group in the first place, thus minimising the number of properties for re-sale at any one time.

Graeme Grant, Managing Director of Resort Group
Graeme was the original Sales & Marketing Director at the successful La Manga Club golf resort in Spain in the 1980’s, responsible for the sale of over 1,400 properties in 3 years. The resort amenities included the highly rated La Quinta Club timeshare development which was successfully marketed alongside the real estate component. He left La Manga Club to set himself up as a resort property marketing consultant in 1987.
Over his career Graeme has worked with resort property developers all over the world. Often involved at the planning stage, Graeme assists developers throughout the design and planning stages of “green field” sites, helping them to select appropriate specialist advisors including master planners, architects, engineers, golf and marina designers. The overall objectives of the design team are to minimise infrastructure costs, achieve the right product mix, plan appropriate facilities and maximise sales and operational revenues.
Through Resort Group, Graeme is also able to plan and coordinate a detailed marketing strategy to assist developers launch new resorts into the UK and Irish markets and achieve agreed sales targets. Resort Group is then uniquely positioned to maximise sales in these regions through an experienced network of sales men and women. He and the Resort Group sales team have been responsible over the last 18 years for the sale of over 5,000 second homes throughout the world at an average value in excess of £250k.
Over the past 4 years, Graeme has spent a considerable amount of time researching and designing Fractional products for developers to add to their inventory of residential property. He was invited in 2005 to speak at a major Fractional conference in Orlando, Fla. where he also chaired a number of discussion groups.

Michael Coyle, Director of Sales,
Mike has spent his career involved with property and sales. Earlier involvement with property was in the retail and licensed trades where Mike acquired, developed and managed property portfolios mostly in London.
In 1984 Mike joined the team of Sales Agents at La Manga Club in Murcia, Spain and enjoyed a high level of individual success before taking on a management role. Mike and Graeme worked on several projects together and when Graeme founded Premier Resorts, Mike joined and took on the job of Sales Director where we enjoyed a high level of success. A Sales Director of RGI, Mike is leading the team using all the tried and tested methods as well as the latest communication platforms provided by up to date IT. Mike's vision is that the client deserves the very best information that can be provided in the most efficient fashion and that good communication is the essence of good service. The aim is to grow the sales and agency network as far as possible around the globe just as is our property portfolio in order to better service the many international enquirers and investors.
